Data Management as a Service (DMaaS)

The need to generate information from data has never been more critical in the healthcare industry than it is now. Cost control via tracking Key Performance Indicators, quality control for ACO initiatives, and population health projects all require large amounts of data turned into information. New technology allows hospitals to utilize cutting edge data management services from the cloud, reducing costs, increasing security, and adding critical disaster recovery functions. This talk will discuss the primary components of the DMaaS solution, review implementation steps, and address key discussion points to highlight when pursuing a data management solution.
