Sales Account Executive

H4 Technology is looking for a highly-driven and self-motivated individual to join our sales team.  As an individual experienced in the development of Healthcare ccounts, you will be responsible for identifying new business as well as expanding our presence within existing clients in the Territory.  Your primary focus will be on providing clients custom technical solutions across the H4 Technology brand offerings.  

Essential Functions: 

• Prospect, develop, and close new customers for H4 Technology’s suite of solutions

• Comfortably sell to VP & C-Suite executives, navigating through multiple decision makers in large complex organizations

• Sell the H4 Technology vision to prospects through webinars, product demonstrations, events and target-specific initiatives

• Perform in-depth client and industry research to create compelling business cases and RFP responses

• Identify, define, and execute the proper sales strategies and tactics given the sales situation

• Methodically qualify, build, and manage an accurate sales funnel

• Consistently achieve quarterly and annual sales quotas and be well-compensated for doing so

• Thrive on change while remaining highly organized, optimistic, and coachable

• Work with internal practices within H4 Technology to design and propose solutions that resolve client business needs

• Be active in relevant healthcare organizations, events, committees both locally and nationally.

• Help build marketing presence with creating content and engaging in social media, discussion boards, and internet articles related to industry trends of H4 Technology.

Job Qualifications:

• 5+ years of healthcare sales experience

• Ability to travel up to 50%

• Strong track record of meeting and exceeding quota preferably selling software solutions.

• Exposure to healthcare, healthcare technology, or health insurance solutions will be a plus

• Previously trained in consultative / value based selling

• Strong experience executing call plans, managing account-planning sessions and effectively implementing account strategies

• Results-oriented approach which balance a “take charge" attitude with teamwork and collaboration

• Ability to work with prospects to develop strong business solution cases coupled with solid closing skills

• Technically savvy and skilled in Microsoft Product Suite.

• 4 year degree from a great college or university
