About the Role

H4 Technology is an innovative, rapidly growing healthcare software company that is currently looking to fill a Project Coordinator position. This is an entry-level position for an energetic driven individual who wants to learn on-the-job everything about operating a technology company. This person will attend every meeting, be involved in every project, and learn from the experts in the industry. This fast-paced position will be the stepping-stone for any aspiring entrepreneur.

Requirements

Essential Functions: 

  • Work with account managers and clients to task our projects and priorities for development team.

  • Enter and monitor tasks in work management system.

  • Track progress and status, and plan projects with leadership.

  • Manage operational tasks of increasing complexity and importance.

  • Write functional specifications and technical manuals for new products.

  • Translate requests and issues into actionable development tasks.

  • Define modifications to technical applications based on user needs,

  • Research, evaluate, and make recommendations towards reporting, analytic and business intelligent tools,

  • Prepare and provide decision support overviews, demonstrations, and presentations to a wide variety of internal and external audiences.

  • Establish and maintain positive working relationships with internal customers and external vendors, including individuals who are supervised by others.

  • Identify and solve problems with or without assistance and guidance.

  • Serve a key role for system implementations, upgrades and maintenance activities as needed.

  • Serve as a liaison between business owners and technical staff.

  • Consult with vendors or technical staff to ensure the functionality of the system is consistent with adherence to laws and regulations.

                                                                                                           

Job Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Demonstrated ability to meet established deadlines.

  • Ability to present ideas and information concisely to varied audiences.

  • Ability to establish and maintain positive and effective work relationships with coworkers, clients, members, providers and customers.

  • Excellent skills with the use of excel and graphic creation software.

  • Ability to communicate fluently in English both verbally and in writing.

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States/ sponsorship not available.
